This certifies that _______________________has engaged the services of Haven Holsteiners and Hanoverian Sport Horses’, Lordfurst (Lancaster/Bonibrook First Son (AWS-100, RPSI II, USDF, and USEA) for the mare______________________
Registration #_______________________for the 2010 season at the Stud and Booking fee of $1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred).
SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1 Booking fee of $250.00 is due at the signing of this contract, and the balance of $1,250.00 plus all unpaid expenses will be payable before mare leaves after breeding.
2 Mare care is $5 a day with hay/turn out and water provided, but not grain/with grain or $10 a day.
3 Booking fee is non-refundable and due at time of signing this contract to confirm the breeding for the 2010 year.
4 The mare shall be in a healthy and sound breeding condition. A Veterinarian’s certificate shall accompany each mare and a negative uterine culture to insure breeding soundness and to qualify for a live foal guarantee.
5 A live foal is guaranteed if the foal stands and nurses. This privilege will only be honored if notification of the foal’s death is received within one week from death and the notice be accompanied by a statement as to reason of death from a licensed Veterinarian.
6 It is further agreed that should the above stallion die or become unfit for service, the stud fee will be refunded. If the mare dies or becomes unfit to breed, then this contract shall become null and void.
